The homes are well planned with plenty of light and ventilation and have large balconies and bay windows. Our homes are a short drive away from the beaches as planning rules in India prohibit building construction with 500 meters of the sea or on hilltops. North Goa has a special buzz to it and is preferred over the south as a residential location because it is more lively and has a larger choice of restaurants, nightspots etc. all relatively closer to each other and to the adjacent beaches.
